“BLOOD OUT” Premiere Screening

This Monday marks the world premiere screening of the new action/thriller BLOOD OUT in Hollywood, where members of the film’s eclectic cast (including Val Kilmer and 50 Cent) will be in attendance for locals to ogle on the red carpet. See some exclusive pics after the jump.

Debuting on disc a day later on April 26 from Lionsgate, BLOOD OUT marks Jason Hewitt’s directorial debut. The film focuses on Michael, a martial arts master (HELLBOY II’s Luke Goss), who is visited by his estranged younger brother David looking to escape the gang world in order to marry his true love. On his way to see his future bride, David is ambushed by his own gang and murdered by their leader Zed (portrayed by THE MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN’s Vinnie Jones), enforcing the gang’s “blood in, blood out” policy. Michael is stonewalled by Detective Hardwick (Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson), who dismisses the crime, and thus decides to infiltrate the gang on his own to seek vengeance. Eventually Michael meets the bad-ass international gang leader Arturo, played by none other than Val Kilmer; he forces Michael to not only battle with WWE vet Bobby Lashley’s Hector, but then kidnaps David’s pregnant girlfriend putting her, Michael and his late brother’s unborn child in grave danger.

BLOOD OUT will be shown this Monday, April 25 at the Director’s Guild of America (7920 West Sunset Boulevard) at 7:30 p.m. Members of the cast will be there, including fan fave Luke Goss, Kilmer, 50 Cent, Jones and others.
