The World According to…Luke Goss Actor and Singer

When will you be famous?

I don’t know. I hope it happens.

What do you think of today’s boy bands?

I think they’re gorgeous. Four days ago I did something on MTV and realised I don’t know most of them. Not in a bad way – there’s a place for them.

Lord Hutton – right or wrong?

At the moment, it’s difficult to get the measure of it; I think it’s something we’ll look back on in 10 years and think: “My God, that was such a big deal.”

Gin or vodka?

Vodka absolutely.

What book should everyone read?

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. It’s wonderful. And The Little Prince. These books are incredibly enlightening. Oh, and Veronica Decides to Die by Coelho too.

Do blond(e)s have more fun?

Blonde or brunette, you can have fun if you have the inclination.

Who do you want to be the Democratic candidate in the States?

John Francis Kerry. He seems to be in touch with the voters and is honest about how he’s learning from the people he meets on the campaign trail.

Is laughter the best medicine?

Yes absolutely. It’s infectious, and so good for you and anyone around you. I laugh all day every day – better to laugh than cry.

Is blood thicker than water?

No doubt, no doubt. I hope I’m always associated with my brother – he’s my twin and I love him.

Is there an afterlife?

I bloody hope so. Only because I’d hate to meet all these wonderful people on earth who I’m constantly inspired by, and be involved in this wonderful evolution only for it all to stop.
